Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement: By utilizing our car wash services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Payment: Payment for car wash services is due at the time of service. All mobile services require 50% nonrefundable deposit. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other specified payment methods.

3. Vehicle Inspection: Prior to the car wash, it is the customer's responsibility to remove any valuables from the vehicle. The car wash facility is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

4. Damage Liability: While utmost care will be taken during the car wash process, the car wash facility is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Any damage caused by faulty manufacturing, loose parts, or rust may not be apparent until the cleaning process begins.

5. Special Requests: If you have any special requests or specific concerns regarding your vehicle, please communicate them to our staff before the car wash process begins.

6. Completion Time: The duration of the car wash may vary based on the services selected and the condition of the vehicle. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the service in a timely manner.

7. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be provided if the car wash service was not performed to the agreed-upon standard. Mobile deposits are nonrefundable. Any concerns or complaints should be reported to the management within 24 hours of the service completion.

8. Weather Conditions: Car wash services may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain, storms, or other severe weather, the car wash may be temporarily closed. Customers will be informed of closures as soon as possible.

9. Safety Guidelines: For the safety of our customers and staff, please follow all posted safety guidelines within the car wash facility. Children and pets should remain in designated areas.

10. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and the updated terms will be made available on our website.
